Hey fellas, here's my first shot at a brush and ink style. I used pencil to sketch in the body, the wildly accurate background was done free-hand.
It's a scene from one of the legends of the Huntress. A demon is in love with Pure Evil, which is massive, Sun-like object located deep within a chasm. After years of gazing at the sphere the demon falls in and is gouged with Pure Evil. He walks the Hells ever since, knowing he can never be as evil as he'd like to be yet still enamored of the idea.
